Wattleseed
Earthy, nutty, and lightly roasted with hints of coffee, cocoa, and hazelnut, Wattleseed is a prized ingredient in Australian bush food. Its naturally toasty nutty flavour perfectly elevates the richness of our chocolate fudge creating a creamy smooth taste experience.
Green Ants
These native Australian ants are celebrated for their bold, citrusy tang, with flavour notes of lime and lemongrass. The sharp citrus pop of Green Ants cuts through the sweetness of the white chocolate creating a contrast that's both striking and beautifully balanced.
Maudu Collective brings Indigenous knowledge to the kitchen table and beyond - from Davidson Plum-infused plum puddings and native bush chutneys, to therapeutic creams, traditional weaving, and Gumbi Gumbi capsules.
