BUSH TUCKER & NATIVE REMEDIES
Explore the uses of native Australian plants in traditional wellbeing and nutrition. Valerie shares generations of cultural knowledge, introducing ingredients like Wattleseed, Gumbi-Gumbi and Davidson Plum. Participants will smell, taste, and learn how these ingredients can be used in daily life — from infusions to balms and bush medicine blends.
