At Maudu Collective, we take great care in preparing and packing your order. Our products are made with love and attention to detail, and we want you to be happy with your purchase.
Please choose carefully
Because our products include food items, we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, due to food safety regulations.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@mauducollective.com.au with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll do our best to sort it out quickly — whether that means a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Product concerns
If something’s not quite right with your order, get in touch. We’re here to help and value your feedback.
Shipping delays or heat exposure
Once your parcel has left our hands and is with Australia Post, we unfortunately can’t take responsibility for delays or heat-related damage — especially during warmer months. We pack all orders with care and protection, but fudge and similar products are sensitive to temperature.
